A triangle is a microaltitude tetrahedron with its apex almost congruent with one of its base triangle’s vertexes. A right-angled triangle, an isosceles triangle, and a scalene triangle are all the same triangle. The seeming difference in edge lengths and angles is a consequence only of shifting the base-plane locus of the observer.
