Special cases always have time-frequency relative sizing; whereas the minimum system__the tetrahedron__is generalized, prefrequency, timeless, yet conceptual, ergo, does not have separable parts__but being primitive and timeless does have primitive fractionability into structurally conceptual, timeless, omnirationally accountable, symmetrical, differential polyhedra of the cosmic hierarchy.
